UK Shipping
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days (we use Royal Mail 48hr tracked). Free on orders over £80 / £5 charge for orders under £80.
Next day tracked delivery is available Monday to Friday only (order by 1pm) £8
Please note that we are experiencing intermittent delays with Royal Mail due to Strike Action. Please order as early as you can to avoid any disappointment with your delivery.
International Shipping
Europe and Rest of the World 4–7 working days tracked delivery £20 (Please note that any local duty and/or taxes due will not be covered by Seraphiye).
Returns
Our returns policy covers items (undamaged and in their original condition and packaging) for up to 14 days from delivery. We are unable to process an exchange but can offer a refund (excluding delivery charge) or credit note.
To return an item please email us at CustomerCare@Seraphiye.com with the following information and we will issue a returns authorisation code and instructions on how to return your item/s:
Customer Name, Order Number
Item number, Quantity, Description
Reason for Return
Returns will be processed within five days of receipt, and you will be emailed to confirm once your item has been refunded (please note refunds may take up to 7 days to show on your statement).
We are not able to cover the cost of return postage, and we highly recommend using a tracked service, as we will only process your refund on receipt and inspection of the item/s.
Please note for international returns that any duty/tax due on your item will also be deducted from your refund.
Seraphiye Warranty
We take real care when designing and making our jewellery, using precious metals, genuine gemstones and working with fantastic, trusted workshops and suppliers to make sure the quality of every piece is high. We love working with coloured gemstones, and the fact that every one is unique and chosen by hand is something wonderful! Our sourcing is ethical, we adhere to the Kimberley Process, and our jewellery is Hallmarked at the Assay Office according to British laws on precious metals.
Every piece of Seraphiye jewellery bought directly from our website is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of purchase, subject to normal conditions of wear and tear and with a valid receipt / proof of purchase (please keep this warranty card and your receipt together). Items adjusted by another company (or person) or returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault are not covered by warranty.

Gold vermeil (gold-plated sterling silver) jewellery will fade with time as the gold plate gently erodes, revealing the sterling silver underneath, and so re-plating is not covered by the Seraphiye warranty. There are things that you can do to keep your jewellery looking it’s best for longer.
Where possible, remove your jewellery before swimming and bathing, and applying perfume, hairspray and lotions. Chlorine in particular is really damaging to jewellery, as are the chemicals found in perfume and hand cream, etc.
Keep your jewellery in the Seraphiye box or pouch as this will help to protect it from dust and pollution. When your jewellery looks dull or begins to tarnish as it reacts naturally with oxygen in the air, you can revitalize it by wiping it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
